- Are auto-frothers or cappucinatores difficult to clean?
- Auto-frothers are extremely simple devices to clean, as no milk is actually drawn into the machine. To clean them, all that is required is for water to be drawn through the hose after a certain number of coffees.
- How often should I de-scale my machine?
- We recommend that you de-scale your machine every 6 to 8 weeks.
- How often should I have my machine serviced?
- We recommend that you have your domestic machine serviced by a qualified technician every 12 months. Commercial machines should be serviced by a qualified technician every 6 months.
