Replacement Warrany is provided through QCMS only. All purchased Nemox Cafe Lux Coffee Grinders must be first assessed by QCMS to provide understanding of the manufactueres fault. Where parts or repairs are not availible QCMS will provide a replacement product once assessment is complete. QCMS may choose to repair or replace products.
