Covid Safe Precautions & Processes

Our workplace and team have adapted to working with COVID-19. We ensure all government guidelines locally and within mobile operations are in place to protect our team and you. Your safety as our customer is always paramount. Ensuring the safety of all who visit our workplace is the first step in keeping our workplace operating and keeping you making great coffee.

Keeping our team and you safe means some changes to how we operate.

Inside our store

In-store, you will see frequently changing signs and social distancing alerts in place depending on the current status of covid in our state & LGA. Keeping your coffee equipment functioning means our service team has adapted covid safe operations within our service centre and outside our workplace furthermore into your workplace.

Technical support for your residential coffee equipment also has precautions in place. When dropping off or collecting equipment in-store, please observe and comply with social distancing and check-in procedures. Masks in-store are preferred.

The effects of covid-19 have been echoed throughout all commercial industries meaning; in some cases, the lead time for replacement parts may be longer than usual. If this is the case, our team will let you know.

In Your Workplace

If you require technical support within your workplace or venue, our team will contact you to ensure all covid safe precautions are in place and confirm your workplace's procedures and precautions. Sometimes this means equipment may be down, and separation may be in place.

On and Off Restrictions

Whilst we learn to live with restrictions frequently on and off, we have a process in place to ensure that our services and products are available throughout these challenging times.

Where your LGA is placed under restriction, we, at times, will suggest courier services to collect and drop off your equipment.

When our LGA (Windsor) is restricted, our team will activate contactless collection and drop-off procedures. Our residential contactless service and repair process ensures we can still provide support; however, our store will close to browsing during these times.

Book your repair or service using our easy booking system here. If you don’t have internet access our Team can complete the booking via telephone.

2. Schedule Drop-Off
Once your booking is confirmed, our team will
Contact you to confirm a time which works for you.
Park right in front of our store & press the buzzer.

3. Schedule Collection & Pay Online
Once your repair is complete, our team will contact
You to schedule collection. You will receive your report
And balance due via email, pay online using the link
provided before your collection time.

4. Contact-less Collection
Your equipment will be ready upon your arrival.
Like drop off, park right out front and a team
member will bring your equipment out on a
