Booking A Service Online & In-store
Booking your service or completing a contact form on this website sends the inputted information to our team, All information you provide is encrypted and secure. This information is never shared outside our company or for any other reason than providing the service to you.
When you use our online support system to find an answer or learn about equipment, this service is provided free for all. We do not however, take responsibility for any miss-use of equipment or when equipment has been damaged where guides have been miss-interpreted.
By using the service you agree to these terms of indemnity to QCMS & our counter-parties.
All services and repairs are provided at the customers request. By accepting the service you agree to pay in full any charges that may be accompanied.
QCMS provides warranty support, repairs & replacements to multiple manufacturers. QCMS is a third parts in this transaction and can only operate to the extent covered in the manufacturers warranty policy. We cannot provide any further service free to the customer. If any charges will be incurred during warranty repairs or services a QCMS team member will contact you prior to completing any work and confirm these charges. QCMS as a third party does not take responsibility for any actions taken by the manufacturer.
