Aurora by La Nuova Era is a powerful traditional espresso machine. Built on a Heat Exchanger platform, the E61 espresso group with pre-infusion working in tandem with the rotary water pump allows for the true cafe experience whilst keeping the pump sound low.
Operation is kept simple. With the dedicated volumetric timers paired to each group, a simple 3 step process is all it takes to pour great coffee. Grind, Tamp & Extract.
Milk Foam quality is produced using the commercial steam pressure & the finely tuned steam outlets. Steam tap & Hot water taps are Quarter Turn knobs meaning, you only need to turn the knob slightly to pitch milk or flush the steam.
